The mold in blue cheese is put there buy adding "Pennicillum Roquforti" to the milk and rennet mix.
Then, after the cheese is formed they push thin spikes through the center to allow air into the cheese so the mold can form.
So it's not a cheese that went moldy by nature, but a cheese made to mold.
It's safe as safe can be and blues are the fasted growing segment of the cheese industry.
A good blue cheese dressing is fabulous.
Melted blue IE Stilton or Roquefort on a steak or hamburger is delicious.
Try some on a salad( crumbled).
You'll quickly aquire a taste for them.

Compound chocolate is better for molding. Although it has an absence of cocoa butter, it is far more workable and does not require tempering.

Penicillium, the genus of the organism which secretes penicillin, is bread mold. It is a type of fungus.

Penicillin was first discovered in Penicillium notatum -- however, that is not the only type of fungus that secretes it. Commercially, the fungus /Penicillium chrysogenum/ is usually used. It isn't as though they grow it on large pieces of bread; instead, the use the process of fermentation to manufacture large quantities.

Well, are you going to make a candle?
Than try this: after you finished pouring wax in the mold,
you need to wait for a while, untill wax is getting hard; so you're
able to touch the mold.
Than put the mold in the fridge ,to let the wax cool down completle.
Cause wax will shrink, when it get cold.
It's a good way to clean any container, you use ,to hold candles too.
